Details

Android isn't supported on ESR60 and tests are already permafailing. We shouldn't allow them to be run at all when pushing from ESR60.

Clearly not going to fix this at this point. ESR68 is also not an issue since we quite obviously want Android tests running there. This may be something we want to revisit for the next post-68 ESR release, however.
