Per Bug 1477280, :mattwoodrow thinks this is a good idea.
Example crash: bp-67d73764-de48-4267-a623-6e10b0180719 Current signature is "exp2", but if we moved forward from that, then we'd end with "gfxWindowsPlatform::SchedulePaintIfDeviceReset()" which is better. I'd take a PR--signature generation changes are pretty easy to do these days. Otherwise I think I can get to it the end of this week.
Bug #1477280 got rescoped, so I'm going to dupe this one to that one and add comment #1 to it.
