Details

This particular error has caused the ``test_switch_app`` test to fail in mysterious ways before. Mostly because it may fail in Travis, but pass locally. This test should ensure we get a meaningful error message when the URL has a ``repo`` param for a repository that isn't in the DB. In the case of the Selenium tests, 'mozilla-inbound' won't be in the db.
