In Bug 1457218, Support for [type="menu-button"] and menu-button-base binding were removed. The bindings were copied from m-c to c-c as a short term fix. This bug aims to remove those copied bindings.

Part of the original idea for this bug was done. Let's use it to fix the menu-button once bug 1519502 lands.
