pyup-bot opened a PR updating django-filter to 2.0.0:
https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder/pull/3784
...however in the new major version they've dropped Python 2 support.
I'm going to close the PR for now to reduce the number of open PRs and tell pyup to ignore the package, but filing this bug to remind us to update once we're on Python 3.

Make pyup ignore django-filter v2 (#3992)
Since it dropped Python 2 support:

Updating will be handled in bug 1489212 once we use Python 3.
