Sync web-platform-tests PR 13085 into mozilla-central (this bug is closed when the sync is complete). PR: https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/13085 Details from upstream follow. James, the PR on Github was closed without merging the requested change. But wpt sync didn't close this bug. I assume it is a path which is missing in wpt sync?

I suspect wptsync just doesn't close the local bug when the PR closes. That seems like a bug in the sync, but not one that I'm likely to have time for in the immediate future.

Ok, so I filed https://github.com/mozilla/wpt-sync/issues/219 for that problem. Otherwise this is a dupe of bug 1491975.
