Seamless seems buggy. Before we support seamless looping for video, we need to rework the mechanism for looping. Maybe we should add tests first in case we break something again.

We need to add a test for bug 1487797 to make sure looping works for a file whose format is wrong.

No, it's not a regression. It's a meta bug for tracking all the seamless looping bugs. I am not familiar with the priority policy, but I think the priorities depend on what the problems are. If we break the playback on youtube, then it should be P1. If the looping works but it's not seamless all the time(the loop sometimes has a silent gap), then it might be P3.
