Details

Most of the CSS for the account creation dialog is the same between all platforms. Right now, each platform has its own CSS file in the theme for each platform (Windows, Mac, Linux), most of the CSS rules are duplicated between them all.

Move these rules into this CSS file that all platforms share.
Bug 1500105 is creating such a shared CSS file, but moving all CSS rules is out of scope there and should be done here in this bug.

Richard is fixing this in bug 1527003.
