Howdy. Hope this isn't a duplicate, I've searched pretty hard for this being mentioned somewhere else... The parameter newchangedemail, and all of it's ilk, need more options. For instance, I had to make a bit of a hack in order to have the subject line of the bugzilla emails read as [%product% Bug %bug_id%] so that people can use mail filters to put emails about a particular component into a particular mail folder. What about something like this: while ( ($tag, $value) = each(%values) ) { $substs{"$tag"} = $value; } That way, you can just look at the database schema for table bugs and add any info about a bug to any part of the email that's sent. That would make me happy.
