Steps to reproduce:
I select to detach either one or all attachments from a message.
I'm using Thunderbird 60.5.0 (64-bit) on macOS.
Actual results:
The confirmation dialog appears, but often “below the screen”. To reach the OK Button I have to resize the Thunderbird Window. This triggers the confirmation dialog to jump between three different positions (at the very bottom (with OK outside the screen), in the middle or at the top of the window.
Expected results:
The confirmation dialog should always appear in the middle (or top) of the window (as in former versions of Thunderbird).
