[Affected platforms]:
Platforms: Windows 10 x 64, Mac OS X 10.14 and on Ubuntu 16.04 x64

[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Open Firefox and go to about:preferences, "Search" section.
  2. In the "One-click Search Engines" check out the list of search engines.
  3. Select one or more search engines from the list and click the "Remove" button.
  4. Click on the "Restore Default Search Engines" button.

[Expected result]:
The previously deleted search engines are listed again.

[Actual result]:
"Restore Default Search Engines" button isn't restoring deleted search engines
