Note
- When visiting the www.office.com webpage and scrolling to the bottom while WebRender is on, the banner image will incorrectly and improperly be displayed at the bottom of the page.
Affected versions
- Nightly v68.0a1
Affected platforms
- Windows 10
Steps to reproduce
- Open browser.
- Open webpage: www.office.com
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Expected result
- The page footer is correctly displayed and all links are working properly.
Actual result
- The banner image is improperly displayed at the bottom of the page, making all footer links impossible to reach.
Regression range
- The bisection using mozregression stopped before completion. I am attaching the log in a text file.
Additional notes
- This issue does not occur when WebRender is disabled.
- This issue does NOT occur in Beta 67.

I can also confirm that this issue does not occur anymore. It appears as it's been fixed by a third party. All considered I will mark this bug as WORKSFORME.
