Note
- When visiting the webpage that has a Parallax effect (https://belen-albeza.github.io/scroll-demos/parallax.html) and scrolling to the bottom while WebRender is on, the page's contents is moving downwards and out of the viewing area.
Affected versions - Nightly v68.0a1
Affected platforms
- Windows 10
Steps to reproduce
- Open browser.
- Open webpage: https://belen-albeza.github.io/scroll-demos/parallax.html
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Expected result
- The page is correctly displayed.
Actual result
- Tha page's contents is moving downwards and out of the view area.
Regression range
- The bisection using mozregression stopped before completion. I am attaching the log in a text file.
Additional notes
- This issue does not occur when WebRender is disabled.
- This issue does NOT occur in Beta 67.

The log doesn't have anything? Knowing what regressed this would be great.

This one is also a regression from bug 1545006.

I've verified this issue on Firefox Nightly 68.0a1 (20190505213908)and I can confirm that it is fixed by Bug 1546286.

Hello, Julien. I have used mozregression fo find the fix for this bug and bug 1546068. The result is, yes, both of them were fixed by bug 1546286. I am posting the mozregression logs below for certainty.
