Seen while looking at release crash stats for Fennec. 68 appears to be affected for only for Focus. This crash appeared on the daily explosive report: https://bit.ly/2HaCCLV

Some users have gone into the Developer settings and turned allowed background starts to work around this,

Currently the top overall crash on Fennec 66.0.5. The latest beta of Q was just pushed out yesterday, so we may have lots more people using Q more recently.

crash-stats shows reports from fenix 67 and focus 68.

So if this is the top crash then this is the signature for bug 1543555. Comments confirm this. It will be fixed when we ship 67.
