Right now the plan is to land the code to migrate the Gecko Profiler Add-on, which doesn't have testing. We should write tests for it. This is a meta bug to attach individual test bugs to.

I think the testing is in pretty decent shape at this point, and this bug is no longer needed, and wasn't really used for much tracking anyway.
