If there are numerous items that would create multiple rows, they are now all on one row with a long scrollbar, don't wrap, and the height cannot be sized with the splitter.
This was broken before in bug 1542317 and is now broken again. I've just noticed it in TB 68 beta.

Possibly it has something to do with scrollbox that was removed in attachmentlist patch, anyway I ll look at it soon.

Yes, most likely related to the scrollbox, similar to the fix in bug 1542317 (https://hg.mozilla.org/comm-central/rev/ce99d912b3d4) where I had accidentally removed it and needed to restore it.
