Then, the other browsers keep <ul> and empty <li> to input new text into the first list item but Gecko removes the <ul> entirely and puts caret to end of the previous block.

This is really annoying bug when I modifying list in Thunderbird.

Severity: normal → S2

Makoto, is that really an S2 given that it is a long standing bug?
