Currently, the only way to create a tab group folder (or group folder, bookmark
group, groupmark folder, etc. - I don't believe a name has yet been definitively
chosen here) is to do so via the File Bookmark... main menu item. There should
be a method from within the Bookmark Manager itself to create a tab group
folder. (Just as there is currently to create a bookmark or regular folder.)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the Bookmark Manager.
2.Go to File -> New.
Actual Results: You can create only 3 types of objects: Bookmark, Folder, and
Separator.
Expected Results: You should also see "Group Folder" in the list.
