There should be a method from within the Bookmark Manager itself to create a tab group folder. (Just as there is currently to create a bookmark or regular folder.) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open the Bookmark Manager. 2.Go to File -> New. Actual Results: You can create only 3 types of objects: Bookmark, Folder, and Separator. Expected Results: You should also see "Group Folder" in the list.
