Request is to have the product point to the /whatsnew page in the Firefox 68.0 release and show it (WNP).

For EN-all, DE-all and FR-all we will show the 67.0.1 (Trailhead) /whatsnew content.
For other locales 68 will be identical to what we pushed for 67 - (reference #1537999) - though we should double-check the .lang file status to see if additional locales have opted in brought strings to 100%

Thanks for filing the request, Eric! :flod, is there any expected changes on the locale list that was defined in bug 1537999 comment 5? (My first guess is there's none, because we're serving the same content as last time - please correct me if I'm wrong)

We actually have a much longer list at this point, given that other locales translated the page in the meantime
