https://hub.docker.com/r/taskcluster/taskcluster is configured to send a webhook to our jenkins installation whenever a new image is pushed. We need to configure Jenkins to check that it is a valid tag and then trigger the deployment job using that tag both for the docker image to deploy and for the commit in the taskclsuter github repo to checkout for generating helm.
