Homebrew has become more of a liability than an asset. We should replace any packages being installed from homebrew with official pkg/dmg files from the maintainers. And then remove homebrew complete from the ronin_puppet code base.

prompted by the removal of python2 from homebrew, last week I revived the branch I worked on last year for removing homebrew from the testers.
