Details

Right now, tc-worker-runner requires creds that can fetch both worker-type:.. and worker-pool:.. secrets. But the first of those is deprecated. Let's ignore a scopes error for that secret, so that when we finally remove support we won't need to do a full tc-worker-runner upgrade.
