What were you doing?
- Hover a DOM node in Scopes a few times, until it doesn't dissappear
What happened?
Highlighter can get stuck and doesn't disappear. Switching between panels also doesn't remove it.
What should have happened?
Reliably show and hide highlighter during hover.
