This bug covers verifying that worker-runner properly configures generic-worker on Ubuntu 18.04 base images generated by Monopacker.
There are several monopacker builders based on the ubuntu-bionic set of scripts. We should ensure that those scripts properly configure worker-runner and generic-worker for generated images.
