- Navigate to “about:logins” page.
- Hover the “Sort by: Name (A-Z)” dropdown menu.
- Observe the behavior.
[Expected result]:
- The “Sort by: Name (A-Z)” dropdown menu has a hover effect.

- The “Sort by: Name (A-Z)” dropdown menu has not a hover effect.

I have verified this issue on the latest Nightly 71.0a1 (Build ID: 20191010214019) on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15, Ubuntu 16 x64.
- The “Sort by: Name (A-Z)” dropdown menu has a hover effect now.
