Bug 1585121 disabled this test due to problems modernizing it for Fission and the new RDM browser UI. This test runs 4 AddRDMTask functions sequentially, and the actions of the later tasks depend on the successful outcome of the earlier tasks. This is not easy to convert to making each call to AddRDMTask invoke the task twice, once without and once with the new browser UI.

Conveniently, when we've made a switch to the new browser UI, at least the first of the 4 test tasks works correctly. This test may just need to be turned on when new browser UI is the only option.

The patches for Bug 1585121 have been modified and now have a way to modernize this test. This bug is no longer needed.
