User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:73.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/73.0
Steps to reproduce:
Firefox 71.0 on my computer replaced with 73.0.1 and now annoying light colored bands appear in numerous places on numerous web sites.
I am using a Windows 7 Dell desktop.
Actual results:
Screen image is changed to something that is painful to look at due to my vision issue.
I reinstalled 71.0 and it was forcibly and without my permission upgraded to 73.0..1. I specifically checked "do not update" in options.
In any case, I had saved a screen shot of an example web page with 71.0 and again with 73.0.1 (attachment). I also included a screen shot of my color settings. My wife finds them funky and painful, but for me, they work well.
The light bands are very distracting as I am colorblind and sensitive to light and prefer a more muted background.
I should note that using a high contrast color scheme is a poor choice because so many web sites to not work correctly with it.
Expected results:
Nothing. The program should have continued to behave as before.
Thanks for listening.

Duping to bug 1614921 based on the screenshot. Additional cases should be covered by bug 1617678 and bug 1617681.
