We should remove references to PlacesSearchAutocompleteProvider from UnifiedComplete so we can refactor PlacesSearchAutocompleteProvider. We might want to just fold it into UrlbarProviderSuggestions or we could rename it UrlbarSearchUtils and move it to browser/components/urlbar.
