The throbber in Composer doesn't work (throb) and the progress meter in Text Editor seems unneeded.
This following the same lines as Bug 637630 for the throbber in Composer. As far as I can see, the Text Editor doesn't need any sort of progress meter.

Fix throbber and remove progress meter
LGTM
Was unable to test it with a real site. Publish to a file was too fast. Just assuming you tested.
Checkin comment missing a word? "Composer throbber doesn't." throb / work?
