Steps to reproduce:
Version 68.7.0 - I updated from 68.6.0 I received an email. Attempted to forward it to a previously created list of email addresses.
Actual results:
I got the following message:
Invalid recipient address
Test <"Test"> <> is not a valid email address because it is not of the form user@host. You must correct it before sending the email.
Expected results:
It should have been sent out

As a momentary solution try changing the spaces to "_"
