I'm not sure what the right component for this is, but it would be nice if the Intermittent Failures Robot output included the % of failures were for test suites that had Fission enabled. I've been working on fixing intermittent failures that mostly happen with Fission, and it would be nice to see that at a glance without having to go into the OrangeFactor view.

Tagging as [fission-] because this bug doesn't need to block Fission MVP.

Yeah, this would only be a Fission blocker if we had so many Fission failures that sheriffs were considering turning off Fission testing, but I don't think that's the case.
