The order for the engines in the modern configuration is wrong; from the Search-helper extension, seems that the orderhint is undefined in the main-preview.

As per discussion with :standard8, there's not supposed to be parity on the order betwen partner_repacks_legacy and partner_modern_configuration unless it is specified so. In the case the specification is that only the default engine is defined, the order for the remainer of the engines is then defaulted to alphabetical.
