I'm not seeing a problem using the OS X 2002-08-19-08 trunk build. Page setup
opens and accepts changes (scaling percentage/ paper orientation) from the user.
Mac OS 9.2.2 English-North American
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020818
Build ID 20020818---supposedly is fc 3.
I am not seeing any problems with using Page Setup. Printer is HP LaserJet 1200
via HP LaserJet 1200 PPD file with Apple's LaserWriter driver v.8.7.1
tested using both the non carbon and macosx carbon cfm builds.
suggested fix: remove the item from places where it makes no sense.
OS: MacOS X → Mac System 9.x

See also bug 163641, which reports a nonfunctioning Page Setup menu in Composer,
but which should not be removed since there is actually a Print item there.
