In pt-PT, help_help.xhtml needs to be adapted to XHTML to get rid of parsing errors.
This file also lacks the third list item under "Finding the Topic You Want" and has some typos (such as "os seu passos", "esquerdar").

A patch to address XML parsing errors, correct typos and update the content of help_help.xhtml in pt-PT.
This also removes "©right.string;" from privsec_help.xhtml in the same lang pack.

Lets mark it fixed. Help documentation for central needs a new place anyway and can not be checked in. In our gitlab repo so will not get lost later.
