Turns out that when the copyright string was removed from brand.dtd, a lot of locales didn't removed the entity in their help files (discovered when investigating bug 658810). Yes, relnote is good, and having the other bugs as well, so we hope it can be fixed for the next release.

This is still part of all current relnotes, listing en-GB and es-AR. Looking at the status of bug 658810, can I assume (without checking myself) that es-AR is fixed? Ian, what about en-GB? What about other languages? What's the current status (for, say, 2.4)?

en-GB and es-AR seem to be fixed (tried with 2.4 release), removing relnote keyword. Please only reset it if it's still broken with 2.4 or later, and name the locale.
