[Preconditions]
Have devtools.responsive.browserUI.enabled = true

Steps :

  1. Launch the Firefox browser and reach about:Preferences or about:Config.
  2. Hit Ctrl+Shift+M in order to start Responsive Design Mode

Expected Results :
The "Responsive Design Mode is only available for remote browser tabs, such as those used for web content multi-process Firefox" message is displayed and the user is unable to start RDM.

Actual Results :
The user can start RDM in about:config or about:preferences

Hi Rares! The new-RDM is now available for pages in the chrome process (about:config, about:preferences) since Bug 1622003. So I believe we can close this issue.
