Background
We have a bug (1566084) where users who are working with langpacks see their Firefox version flip back to the english with each update. This will involve work from both the AMO side and the updater to resolve.
Requirements
- Call the add-on manager when we do an update check to fetch any langpacks that may be needed before we kick off the update process
