All it need is one of thoes corner resize things. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to the "Preferences Window" 2.Try to Make the "Preferences Window" bigger. 3.Close the Window Actual Results: You Carn't make the "Preferences Window" bigger or smaller or change shape. Expected Results: There should be in the Lower right hand corner a resize thing that resizes the "Preferences Window"! (Like in the "History Window" Ctrl-H) Note, I am useing the "Orbit" theam but I'm pritty shore that the bug is there for on the other theames.
