Expected: No scrollbar in the tweet box
Actual: There is, in a weird form

I can't repro on Linux fwiw.

data:text/html,<div style="overflow:auto">abc</div> also shows this on windows, lol

OS: Windows 10 → All
Hardware: x86_64 → All

Otherwise we show the buttons underneath which is no good.

We should probably turn the overflow stuff into a fine grained list of
things that we want to have overflow on rather than this, but let's do
this for now.

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 81.0a1 (20200731094606) on Windows 10x64.
The issue is verified fixed with Firefox 81.0b8 (20200908191057) on Windows 10x6, macOS 10.12 and Ubuntu 18.04.
