Steps to reproduce:
I am trying to open a link in new window with specifications. The application icon is not loaded on the new window, instead firefox icon is loaded.

Actual results:
Firefox icon is loaded
Expected results:
Application specific favicon should have been loaded

Before landing Bug 742419, The website icon is displayed in identity block of location bar.
After Bug 742419, A padlock icon is displayed instead. So, the website icon no longer appears anywhere in the pop-up window.
