This patch adds the indexedDB storage resource type for Fission. Note that it is behind the devtools.testing.enableServerWatcherSupport flag. To run the tests locally, please use these flags with mach test: --setpref devtools.testing.enableServerWatcherSupport=true --enable-fission.
