At least for NT, this must be a regression. Works correctly with
build 1999-10-18-08-M11 (built one day earlier).

The Languages pane is now completely blank, but at least it ain't crashing,
right? 1999102908 build, Windows 98. Verified.

Reopening: this problem occurs in 20000512 and 20000513. It does not occur in 
20000511 (in which this panel looks ugly; but that's another bug).

MOZILLA caused an invalid page fault in

I came across this one after rm --rf'ing  .mozilla;
Edit->pref->advanced->Proxies leads to crash on NT, linux for 20000051508
After clicking the radio button for "manual" or "automatic" AND clicking in the
entry box.

"I think this is an installer issue - language.properties doesn't get installed 
under chrome/res. It should be in the same spot, where 
acceptlanguages.properties is currently being installed. "

Hello installer folks,

I believe there is something strange going on during packaging. I double-checked 
that language.properties is included in all the files, where 
acceptlanguage.properties pops up since the later gets packaged OK. 

It seems that we haven't omitted anything; could you have a brief look into why 
language.properties doesn't get installed into the /res directory?
