After bug 1674777 lands we should be ready to start fuzzing --enable-large-buffers. This bumps the max ArrayBuffer size on 64-bit platforms from ~2 GB to 8 GB.
Filing this bug to add the flag to fuzz-flags.txt and request needinfo from fuzzing folks.

A bit more descriptive and matches javascript.options.large_arraybuffers in the browser.
