Just posting STR, so it's easier to test this
- Load that attached file: https://bug1694627.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=9205090
- Open DevTools and select the Inspector panel
- Inspect the text on the page and use the context menu in the Inspector panel to Break on... > Subtree modification
- Click the button on the page to hit the BP -> BUG
