0. Enable browser.proton.enabled and browser.proton.urlbar.enabled. Apply the default theme.
- Open the address bar panel.
- Press ESC.
Expected results: The address bar reverts to its focused-and-closed state (white background, blue focus ring).
Actual results: The address bar background colour is the same as the unfocused address bar, which is a light grey. The focus ring is shown.

We verified this issue using Fx 88.0b5 on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.13 and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
