A strangely high amount of time is spent in ps_text_run. Worth marking this as dependent on text performance.

This seems to be the same issue as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1689746#c12 - a background fixed position element, that gets placed into the same slice as the main content. This is done to ensure subpixel AA is used for the content slice. One option we are considering is only keeping them in the same slice on low resolution devices.
