Currently on macOS the Other Bookmarks Menu in the bookmarks toolbar has a native styling applied. The difference is very stark when seen in close proximity to our toolbar area which is in Firefox styling when using dark theme on a light background website as native styling has significant transparency applied.
Due to the proximity, it would be much better if this was also using Firefox styling to match the other menu panels.
Related (and another bug to be filed) is that the overflow menu in the bookmarks toolbar also uses native styling currently, I believe these may share styling.

Should we close this bug, if it's being covered in a different one?
