Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox and go to 9gag.com
- Scroll the website and use the double-tap to zoom feature.
Expected result
- Double tap to zoom is used with no visual issues.
Actual result
- Black lines and moving icons can be seen when using double tap to zoom.
Regression range
- I will search for one ASAP if there is one.
Notes
- Attached a screen recording.
- The black lines can sometimes be seen on the left side of the 9gag page.

The black lines show up when doing pinch zoom as well, not specific to double tap.
The icons move with Chrome and Safari as well. Safari is more abrupt, Chrome a little nicer.

This doesn't seem to be a regression, as it reproduces too on the builds where double tap was implemented.

Are you still able to reproduce?
Hello! I can no longer see the issue with Firefox 115.0.1, 116.0b2, and Firefox 117.0a1 (2023-06-07) on macOS 10.15.
