1. Navigate to :https://www.foxsports.com/live
2. Observe the result

Expected Behavior:
The content of the page loads

Actual Behavior:
The content does not load

I see this in the console:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: window.optimizely.get is not a function

Allowing https://cdn.optimizely.com/js/17902805246.js seems to fix the issue. This is something we can likely shim.

The issue is still reproducible on iOS devices.

This issue reproduces on Android also, in normal and private browsing, with ETP set to STRICT.
Environment:

• Firefox Nightly 8/2 with GV 92.a01
• Google Pixel (Android 10)

Managed to reproduce the issue on desktop on Firefox Nightly 91.0a1 (2021-06-02) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.4 and on Ubuntu 20.04 x64 following the steps form the description.
The issue isn't reproducible any more on desktop on the latest Firefox Nightly 93.0a1 (2021-08-10) and on Firefox 92.0b1 on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.4 and on Ubuntu 20.04 x64.

This issue is still reproducible on iOS.

Tested with iPhone Xr (iOS 14.5.1) with latest Firefox main f6d9f5a8c4c564 and v36.0 (5732).
