Preconditions:
Account made
Profile picture set
ETP set to STANDARD
Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to : https://account.microsoft.com
- Log into your test account
- Observe the profile avatar
Expected Behavior:
The profile avatar picture is present
Actual Behavior:
The default avatar icon is present
Notes:
- Not reproducible with ETP turned OFF
- Works as expected using Chrome

Reproducible on mobile on bing.com while logged in as well.
